In E186, Nick Van Dyk discussed how he quit his job at 29 years old and moved into his career as a full time real estate investor. Nick is an aggressive investor and he knows his stuff. He’s been investing recently in Cape Coral Florida, where Andrew invests, and also investing in Edmonton AB. Nick’s noteworthy quote from this episode was “you’ll never know unless you try”. We obviously all want certainty but it’s an unreasonable expectation. Nick’s an inspiring investor and entrepreneur to follow.
