In E137, Michal Wach comes back on the show, after originally appearing in episode 033, and gave an update on how he’s continued to scale his portfolio quickly. Michal has been focused on adding value to units in the Niagara region, including converting side splits and back-splits into 3 unit buildings win Welland. While the market appreciation has certainly helped him, Michal’s meticulous and long-term approach helps hedge him against market changes. Michal is now working as a real estate coach and is ready to leave his full time job which is especially inspiring. There is much to be learned from him. Please enjoy!
