In E030, Savio Almeida discusses his extremely unique investing system. Simply put, he lives in Windsor and commutes to Detroit MI to flip properties. For most Canadians this will probably sounds like a lot of work but Sav makes it look easy. He’s on track to complete his 13th flip this year which will represent approximately 17 transactions completed in his first two years as a real estate investor. Focusing on the Bagley district of Detriot MI, Sav seems to have found his niche.
