On the real estate front, our flipping business in Florida is picking up. We have a 20-acre property near Daytona closing next week and a unique 40-acre island project near St. Petersburg in the works. Our marketing efforts are paying off, and we’ve tied up several more properties recently.
In hospitality, our campground and Neptune’s Hideaway resort are doing great. The “Shipwreck” trailer is our top performer with record bookings, and our new cottages are seeing high demand.
