Mike demonstrated that it’s okay to ‘think different’ about the duplex BRRRR approach and the need to get all your capital back out. So many are attempting to achieve the ‘perfect BRRRR’ but with those becoming more rare, many investors are likely going to have to adjust to the concept of leaving money in the deal.
