In E106, Mat Piche came on the show to discuss his business growth and how he’s shifted gears into private lending to the tune of $20,000 per month in profit. Mat originally appeared on the show in E016 where he discussed he BRRRR strategy and his flipping strategy in the KW area of Ontario.
Mat’s current business is comprised of 2-3 flips per month in addition to the approximately $1.5 million he has invested in private lending to other investors. He has incredible business savvy and delegation skills and has established a well-functioning lead generation program to feed his flips and realtor transactions. Needless to say, Mat does a lot and works really hard.
