In E182 discusses property management, acquiring mulitifamily properties and structuring creative financing for his projects. Jake is now a realtor and has been in and around real estate for multiple years now. He’s an aggressive real estate investor who started in 2016 and quit his job in 2020 to start a property management company. With a background in engineering, becoming a full-time real estate entrepreneur might not have seemed like an obvious decision to some, but it’s been a great complement to Jake’s investing business.
