In E080, Spencer Gatten came on for a second time to discuss his BRRRR projects and how he’s managing to pull ALL of his down-payment and renovations costs out of his two current projects. Since a perfect BRRRR seems almost as elusive as that missing sock, especially in London Ontario, this conversation was well worthwhile.
Spencer is an expert in his market, he’s very involved in his renovations, management and financing processes, and he gets results. One of the key takeaways from my interview with Spencer is that he takes control and he takes action. He believes you can’t time the market and just need to have time in the market. Please enjoy.
