In E171, Ansh Sach, a long time listener of the podcast, discusses how he grew from zero to 27 doors over the past couple of years after listening to the podcast and coming to the Greater Hamilton REI meetup. Ansh started with a joint venture, being his own contractor, but eventually delegated the work out to take a bit less profit but gain back his quality of life. Ansh is a big believer in having the right mindset and having a clear ‘why’. In this episode he expanded on his vision and what keeps him moving forward as a real estate investor.
