Managing Adversity & Contractors as a Real Estate Investor with Allan Bell

In E157, Allan Bell shares his story of getting started in real estate investing for the first year. As with many new investors, things didn’t go completely smoothly right off the bat. Allan made a solid profit off of his first Chatham flip and then tackled a much larger project in Peterborough where his contractor unfortunately could not deliver despite taking a very large portion of his money. Allan shared on this episode how he’s mitigated the damage and cut his losses and managed to salvage the project for positive profitability. This episode is well worth the listen/watch.
