In E070, Georges El Masri, of Well Off Podcast , came on the show and discussed his current 5-plex project. Georges has been investing for a few years and works as a realtor and ever since he recently hired a real estate investing coach, he’s put his efforts into high gear.
Georges shed some optimism on the market and the fact that showings are up in the market right now, despite the fact that we’re still in lock down. He also discussed some of the procedure under covid19 and how his current buyers are behaving.
