In E224, Kellan James shares what he’s been up to and how he’s revamped his portfolio over the past two years. Kellan is notorious for growing aggressively without JV partners. In this episode he shares how he’s maintained that methodology to continue to refine his real estate portfolio and also how he’s found hidden real estate gold on one of his larger multifamily properties. Kellan is currently exploring adding a 12 unit building in the back yard of one of his larger lots that already has a large multiunit building on it.
