Infinite banking is a life insurance concept that allows for borrowing and leveraging to both stay liquid and grow returns. This concept has been mentioned on the show before and this episode was just an expanded discussion. Dan has been investing in real estate for 3 years and is presently working with a power team of investors to work together on growing a portfolio. Dan has a great mindset and attitude and was a great guest for the show.
