In E057, Colton Lukey discusses how he’s been able to grow from 1 to 6 properties in just over two years. Colton works full-time in a while-collar job but still finds time to build his portfolio, perform many of his own renovations and manage his tenants.
Colton exemplifies how hard work and effort can be a determining factor in the early stages of a real estate investors career. Yes, systems are important! But so is knowing how things work and knowing how to do many of the tasks you are hiring out so that you can hold people accountable for quality workmanship and job completion. I’m confident that Colton has a very bright future ahead!
