In E020, Shawn discusses how he got started 6 years ago with a new build for his family home. After living there for a couple of years and realizing how tight his income and expenses had become, he made the decision that he needed to make a chance and started to house-hack. Fast-forward to two years ago, Shawn decided to go “all-in” as a real estate investor.
While Shawn like his job as an IT professional, he’s interested in creating generational wealth as a real estate investor. It’s safe to say that he ‘has the bug’ when it come to investing.
