In E111, James Fernandez talks about how he started with just $12,500 and built it into over 20 properties in under 2 years. James said he saw others doing it and just decided he had no reason not to do it. James says he ‘doesn’t sleep’ and that he’s become very good at raising private money to build his portfolio and fund his renovations. He’s not afraid of hard work and he doesn’t hesitate. James is definitely inspiring.
