In E033, Michal Wach digs into his current duplex conversion in which he’s projecting to make 48% return on investment. He also discusses his 10 year journey in real estate investment that just wasn’t moving as quickly as he wanted to. Michal explained to me that when he got himself a real estate investor realtor that showed him systems and a relevant, current approach that was working, his progress started to accelerate greatly.
Michal attributes his ability to move much quicker in investing and to an extreme focus on networking and listening to podcasts. Through doing so he realized that there were creative strategies that he could implement to refinance and pull money out of each of his rental properties so that he could buy more. He’s now begun to implement the BRRRR strategy of real estate investing (buy, renovate, rent, refinance, repeat) and has immediately seen the effect it can have on his progress.
