In E078, Jeremy Ivany discusses how he’s made the switch to being a full time real estate entrepreneur at the age of 24. If that wasn’t interesting enough, he also shared that he’s acquired 9 properties in only 13 months since he started in June 2019. Jeremy was an electrician by trade and is quite handy so he’s been able to do his BRRRR (buy renovate rent refinance, repeat) projects on a dime and recycle that money to allow for his rapid growth.
