Knowing Your Renovation Numbers, Big Real Estate Cash Flow and Growth with Josh Doyle

In E097, Josh Doyle discusses his Hamilton BRRRR strategy which he’s used to create as much as $1500+ per month in cash flow on a single property under 4 units. Josh recently purchased a row of 6 townhouses and discusses what he’s planning to do with the building. He’s projecting a $30,000 renovation investment per unit on this townhouse project and it is expected to yield him a significant return and potentially allow he and his joint venture partners to pull out over $200,000 in a best case scenario. More reasonably they’ll just pull out their full investment.

Josh is moving fast, has a good business sense and a good attitude. It’s going to be fun to watch what he does over the next several years.
